Every pack is repeatable and credits are spent oldest-first. Prices may change if Meta increases its charges. Credits you have already bought keep their value. The full rate card shows what each message type costs in credits.
You do, at your own price. There is no checkout inside the client app and no payment step between you and them, so what you charge is yours to decide and never visible here. You pay us for credits; your clients pay you, however you prefer to invoice.
Not yet. Every reseller gets <slug>.sendpanel.in, and that is the address your clients log in at. A custom domain (CNAME) is not supported in this version.
Credits are valid 24 months from the date you buy them, on every pack. Credits you hand to a client keep the expiry date of the lot they came from — passing them on never extends them, and reclaiming them never shortens them.
A utility or authentication message costs 1 credit and a marketing message 5. That is the whole rate card, and it is the same for every reseller — your margin is the rupee price you set, not a different credit rate.
Yes. Credits a client has not spent can be reclaimed into your wallet, and they return carrying the same expiry date they left with. Credits already spent are gone, as you would expect.
There is no limit and no per-client fee. You are billed for credits and nothing else — an idle client costs you nothing.
The credits go back to the client's balance automatically, and the refund is visible per recipient on the campaign report. Nobody is charged for a message WhatsApp could not deliver.
Yes. Sending is to Indian (+91) numbers, prices are in rupees and scheduling is in IST.
