Wholesale pricing

Credits from ₹0.20. That is the whole price list.

This is what a credit costs you. What your clients pay is your decision — there is no monthly fee, no per-client fee, and credits come off only when a message actually goes out.

Wholesale packs

The bigger the pack, the cheaper the credit — ₹0.22 on Partner down to ₹0.20 on Partner Pro. Validity does not vary: every pack is good for 24 months.

Before you buy credits

Credits are spent on template messages to Indian numbers only — by you or by any client you allocate them to. This service does not provide an inbox, chatbots, two-way conversations or incoming webhooks — for those, see whatsbizapi.com. Credits are non-transferable between the two.

Partner

₹11,000

50,000 credits · ₹0.22 a credit · valid 24 months

50,000 utility messages, or 10,000 marketing messages

Partner Plus

MOST CHOSEN

₹42,000

2,00,000 credits · ₹0.21 a credit · valid 24 months

2,00,000 utility messages, or 40,000 marketing messages

Partner Pro

₹1,00,000

5,00,000 credits · ₹0.20 a credit · valid 24 months

5,00,000 utility messages, or 1,00,000 marketing messages

Every pack is repeatable, so a larger budget is the same pack bought again — at the same per-credit rate. All credits are spent oldest-first and are non-refundable once bought. Undelivered messages are always credited back.

Prices may change if Meta increases its charges. Credits you have already bought keep their value.

Where your money stands

The wallet rules, in plain language and with no asterisks.

Credits keep their value for 24 months

Credits are valid 24 months from purchase, whichever pack you bought, and can be spent on any message type. Prices may change if Meta increases its charges. Credits you have already bought keep their value.

Oldest credits spend first

Every send draws down the oldest credits before newer ones, so a top-up never strands the balance you already had.

Allocating credits never changes their expiry

Credits you move to a client carry the expiry date of the lot they came from, and credits you reclaim come back with that same date. Passing them along cannot extend or shorten them.

Undelivered messages refund themselves

If WhatsApp cannot deliver a message, the credits return to your balance automatically, usually within seconds — visible per recipient on the campaign report and as a line in your ledger.

Billing mistakes are always put right

Purchased credits are not refundable to your bank while they are valid, but a duplicate charge or a payment that never became credits is refunded in full.

The full policy — including exactly when money goes back to your payment method — is on one page: the cancellation & refund policy.

Pricing questions, answered directly

What does a credit cost a reseller?

From ₹0.20 — ₹0.20 on the Partner Pro pack, ₹0.21 on Partner Plus and ₹0.22 on Partner. A utility or authentication message costs 1 credit and a marketing message 5, so a utility message costs you from ₹0.20 and a marketing message from ₹1. That rate already covers the Meta conversation charge — nothing is billed on top of it.

What do my clients pay?

Whatever you charge them. There is no checkout in the client app and no payment step between you and them, so your rate is yours to set and invoice however you prefer. The credit rate above is what you pay us; the difference is your margin.

Is there a monthly fee, or a fee per client?

No. There is no monthly fee, no setup charge, no per-client fee and no annual contract. You buy credits and your clients spend them on messages. In a month where nobody sends anything, you pay nothing.

What is the minimum I have to spend?

The smallest pack is ₹11,000 for 50,000 credits, and it is repeatable — buy it again any time, there is no once-only limit. The bigger the pack, the cheaper the credit: ₹1,00,000 buys 5,00,000 credits at ₹0.20 each. There is a ₹42,000 pack in between, and every pack is valid 24 months.

Do credits expire?

Credits are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, whichever pack you buy. The oldest credits are always spent first, and anything that does expire is removed automatically and shown in your ledger. Credits you allocate to a client keep the expiry date of the lot they came from — handing them on never extends them.

Can these prices change?

Prices may change if Meta increases its charges. Credits you have already bought keep their value. How many credits a message costs is set by the message category, and Meta reprices those categories from time to time — most recently for India. If Meta changes what a category costs, we may adjust the rupee price of a pack or the credits a message uses to match. Credits you have already bought keep their value and their validity; we will tell you before any change takes effect.

Can I take unused credits back from a client?

Yes. Credits a client has not spent can be reclaimed into your wallet, carrying the same expiry date they left with. Credits already spent on a delivered message are gone, as you would expect.

What happens if a message is not delivered?

The credits go straight back to that client's balance, automatically, within seconds. Nobody is charged for a message WhatsApp could not deliver, and every refund is visible per recipient on the campaign report.

What is the difference between a utility and a marketing message?

Meta classifies templates by intent. Utility covers order updates, reminders and alerts tied to an existing transaction. Authentication covers OTPs and verification codes. Marketing covers offers, promotions and announcements. Meta charges more for marketing, which is why it costs 5 credits instead of 1.

How do I pay?

Through Razorpay — UPI, netbanking, debit card or credit card. Credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed. Pricing is in rupees throughout; there is no foreign-currency conversion.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. The per-message credit cost is the entire price list. There is no platform fee, no number-hosting fee, no charge for extra users and no charge for the delivery reports or CSV exports.

Can I get a refund on unused credits?

Credits are prepaid and non-refundable to your original payment method once purchased. They remain valid for 24 months, whichever pack they came from, and can be spent on any message type during that period. If a payment failed, was charged twice, or credits did not appear in your balance, write to support and we will correct it.

What if I am charged twice or a payment does not become credits?

Billing mistakes are always put right. Where a refund to your original payment method is due — a duplicate charge or a failed top-up — we raise it with Razorpay within 3 working days of confirming it, and Razorpay and your bank typically take a further 5 to 7 working days to settle it.

Set your own price on top of these.

Signing up costs nothing and takes a phone number, a brand name and a slug. You buy your first pack when you are ready to fund a client.
